Getting Here From Portsmouth
Visiting us from Portsmouth is easy.
Take the Gosport Ferry from Portsmouth Harbour to Gosport.
Our shop is approximately a two-minute walk from Gosport Ferry terminal.
We're also approximately two minutes from Gosport Bus Station, making us easy to reach using public transport from surrounding areas.
Parking Near Who’s Got the Bag
If you're travelling by car, public parking is available within Gosport town centre, including parking around South Street.
Our shop is located on Gosport High Street, a short walk from nearby town centre parking.

You can order products through our website and select Click & Collect from our Gosport shop where the option is available.
This is useful if you want to make sure a particular product is reserved before travelling to us.

For some local Click & Collect orders, we may contact you and offer to personally deliver your order instead as a little thank you for supporting our family business.
This isn't a guaranteed delivery service and depends on our availability.
Online Orders & UK Delivery
You don't need to live locally to shop with us.
Who’s Got the Bag delivers online orders throughout the United Kingdom using Royal Mail and DPD.
Delivery starts from £2.99, with available delivery options shown during checkout.
Our aim is to dispatch orders within 24 hours whenever possible.
Some freshly produced freeze-dried products may require additional preparation time. Where this happens, we normally aim to dispatch within one to three working days at the maximum.
Questions About Freeze-Dried Sweets
We produce our own freeze-dried sweets rather than purchasing finished freeze-dried candy from another supplier.
We use a carefully controlled, low-and-slow freeze-drying process and produce many products to order or in small batches.

Ingredients, Allergens & Dietary Requirements
Ingredients, allergens and relevant dietary information are displayed with individual products where applicable.
Our pick ’n’ mix also has product and dietary information available.
Our staff are trained to help customers understand the information provided for the sweets we sell.
If you have specific dietary requirements and are visiting our Gosport shop, speak to a member of our team and we'll help you find the available information.
If you're ordering online and are unsure about a product, please contact us before placing your order.
Problems With An Order
If something has gone wrong with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
For damaged products, please include:
Your order number.
A description of the problem.
Clear photographs of the damaged product.
Photographs of the packaging where relevant.
Providing this information allows us to investigate what has happened and resolve the problem more quickly.
Toy Problems
If a toy arrives damaged or appears faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it wherever possible.
Send us photographs clearly showing the problem so our team can review it.
Please remember that excessive pulling, stretching, twisting or force can damage sensory and squishy toys and isn't considered a manufacturing fault.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

If you're unhappy with something, please contact us.
We're a small independent family business and would appreciate the opportunity to understand what has happened and resolve genuine problems where possible.
