At Who’s Got The Bag, we do not currently offer subscriptions or try before you buy services.
If we offer any pre order items, the product listing will make this clear before you place your order.
For standard online orders, your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Please note that some items, including perishable goods and certain food products, may be excluded from cancellation rights where permitted by law.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

At Who’s Got The Bag, some items may occasionally be offered for pre order.
Pre orders
A pre order means you are purchasing an item before it is in stock and ready for immediate dispatch. The product listing will tell you if an item is a pre order and, where possible, give an estimated dispatch date.
Payment for pre order items may be taken at the time of ordering, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
You may request cancellation of a pre order at any time before dispatch by contacting us at whosgotthebag.uk@icloud.com.
Once a pre order has been dispatched, our normal Returns and Refunds Policy will apply.
If there is a significant delay to a pre order, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
If you really do offer subscriptions
Only use this if you actually sell a repeat delivery subscription, for example a monthly sweet box:
Subscription Cancellation Policy
Some products may be offered on a subscription basis.
Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive repeat deliveries at the frequency selected when placing your order.
Your payment method will be charged automatically for each subscription order unless the subscription is cancelled before the next billing date.
You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next payment is taken by using the link in your order confirmation email or by contacting us at whosgotthebag.uk@icloud.com.
If a subscription order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation will apply to future orders only.
Your rights in relation to faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or eligible returnable goods are set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
