Returns and Refunds Policy
At Who’s Got The Bag, we want you to be happy with your order.
Your right to cancel online orders
If you buy from us online, by phone, or by mail order, you have the right to cancel most non perishable items within 14 days of receiving your order.
You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
To be eligible for a return under the cancellation period, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
This right to cancel does not apply to perishable goods, sealed items that are not suitable for return once opened for hygiene or safety reasons, personalised or custom made products, gift cards, or sale items where exempt by law.
Food and perishable products
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns on perishable goods, including sweets, pick and mix, and other food items, unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Pick and mix products cannot be returned once opened.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at whosgotthebag.uk@icloud.com so we can review the issue and put it right.
This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
How to request a return
To request a return, please email us at whosgotthebag.uk@icloud.com within the relevant return period.
If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions.
Returns sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Exchanges
If you would like a different item, the quickest option is to return the original item, if eligible, and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, where applicable.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
