Shipping Policy
At Who’s Got The Bag, we aim to dispatch your order as quickly and carefully as possible.
1. Delivery areas
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom.
If you would like delivery outside the UK, please contact us before ordering to check availability and shipping costs.
2. Processing times
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1 to 3 working days.
Orders are not usually processed or dispatched on weekends or Bank Holidays.
During busy periods, promotions, or seasonal demand, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
3. Delivery times
Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout where available.
Any delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. Under UK law, if no delivery time is specifically agreed, goods must be delivered without undue delay and in any event within 30 days.
4. Delivery charges
Delivery charges are shown clearly during checkout before you complete your order.
We aim to keep delivery charges fair and transparent. UK consumer rules require traders to make delivery arrangements, costs, and timing clear before the customer is bound by the contract.
5. Incorrect addresses
Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed delivery where the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may charge the additional cost of re delivery.
6. Missed deliveries and returned parcels
If delivery is attempted and missed, please follow the courier’s instructions to rearrange delivery or collection.
If a parcel is returned to us because it was not called for, was refused, or delivery could not be completed, we may deduct any non refundable delivery costs from any refund where legally permitted.
7. Damaged, faulty, or missing items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or with items missing, contact us as soon as possible at whosgotthebag.uk@icloud.com with your order number and, where possible, clear photos of the issue.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
8. Food and temperature sensitive products
As we sell sweets and food items, product condition may be affected by warm weather, handling in transit, or storage conditions after delivery.
We take reasonable care in packing orders, but we cannot be responsible for conditions outside our control once the parcel is with the courier or after delivery has been completed, except where your statutory rights apply.
9. Delays outside our control
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, severe weather, transport issues, strikes, or network failures.
If there is a significant delay, we will do our best to keep you informed.
10. Order confirmation
After you place an order, you will receive confirmation by email.
UK distance selling rules require traders to provide confirmation of the contract on a durable medium, such as email, within a reasonable time and no later than delivery of the goods.
